Payment
We accept all major credit cards plus PayPal. PayPal charges your account at the time that you place your order. Judaica Art Glass does not charge your credit card until we are ready to ship your order.

Shipping 
Our shipping rates are based upon shipping to the 48 states. We will be happy to give you a shipping quote for outside of this area.

Because all of our items are handmade, it can sometimes be 1 - 3 weeks before we can ship your order.  Upon receipt of your order, should you find any problem, please email us within 72 hours of receipt.    Email Judaica Art Glass

Returns or Exchanges
Request for return or exchange must be made within 5 days of the receipt of your order. If you decide to return all or part of your order, we can only refund the cost of the item(s) less a 10% restocking fee. We can not refund any shipping costs. Returns would need to be made by you. Please email us for instructions.
